The Widows Monthly Fellowship

The Widows Monthly Fellowship is a cherished gathering within our community Lagos State, Nigeria as a time for women to come together; it’s about sisterhood. It is founded on empathy and shared experiences, providing a haven where they can find consolation, inspiration, and friendship in the process of healing.

James 1:27 (NIV) – “Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.”

In accordance with the biblical mandate to care for widows in their distress, The Widows Monthly Fellowship serves as a beacon of hope and light in what can often be a challenging season of life. It is a testament to the unwavering love and compassion of our Heavenly Father, who promises to be near to the brokenhearted and to bind up their wounds.

Providing a Supportive Community

At the heart of The Widows Monthly Fellowship is the belief in the power of community to uplift and sustain. Through shared stories, heartfelt conversations, and genuine connections, widows find strength in knowing that they are not alone in their journey.
